Stable Mates – Morning at the Stables
These sessions are for riders who want to learn more about how to handle/look after our ponies the Larkspur way!
Come and learn about all aspects of yard life from mucking out, feeding, grooming as well as basic horse care, safety at the stables,…and most importantly you will learn how to effectively use a broom on the yard (a very serious skill to learn). Please note this is a non-ridden course.
Sundays
Time: 09:00hrs to 13:00hrs
Ages: 12-16yrs
Spaces are very limited for these sessions and are on a first come first serve basis via email.

Day at the Stables
These sessions are for riders who want to learn more about how to handle/look after our horse/ponies as well as ride! Sessions are suitable for all riders that can walk and trot or walk trot canter independently! Beginner sessions will be advertised separately 09:30hrs to 15:30hrs•
Bubble groups of riders
• 1 hour ride per day
• Rosettes for each session
• Suitable for ages 7 and over
• Groups will be prioritised by ability/height then age

Lead Rein Beginners/Day at the Stables
These sessions are for riders who want to learn more about how to handle/look after our ponies as well as ride!
Sessions are suitable for beginner riders!
09:30hrs to 15:30hrs
• 1 hour ride per day
• Rosettes for each session
• Suitable for ages 5 and over
• Groups will be prioritised by ability/height then age
